skyline communications announces a new office for the americas

Skyline Communications, global leader in end-to-end multi-vendor network management solutions for the satellite, broadcast, IPTV and HFC broadband industries, announces a new office in Miami, Florida to spearhead its fast-growing business in the Americas. In order to accelerate the operation and to hit the ground running, Skyline has reached an agreement to acquire the DataMiner-related assets and engineering teams from its business partner Ventronix, which has been fundamental for numerous prestigious DataMiner deployments in the region.
“Over the last year, we have signed a record number of very prestigious contracts for leading operators across the Americas. Because of the unique value proposition, market demand is growing rapidly for the next generation end-to-end network management technology that DataMiner is synonymous with,” commented Ben Vandenberghe, Sales & Marketing Director at Skyline Communications. “With direct local market presence, our corporate goal is to further enhance the support for our growing customer base, and to underline our long-term commitment as the undisputed global leader in multi-vendor network management software. Amongst others, the office will be staffed with a very talented team of system engineers, seasoned already in complex DataMiner deployments, offering our customers everything from technical support to expert professional services. The team will be led by Mr Roger Bijos, who will also serve as Skyline’s Sales Director for the region.”
“We are very excited to be part of the Skyline team. The synergy, knowledge and momentum are unique, and the entire team is eager to enable even more leading corporations in the broadcast, satellite, IPTV and HFC broadband industry to leverage the unparalleled DataMiner end-to-end multi-vendor network management technology. DataMiner is a real game-changer for our customers, and it has single-handedly redefined how the most complex operations are managed today. Nothing in the industry comes even close to what DataMiner brings to the table,” added Roger Bijos, Sales Director Americas at Skyline Communications. “Our industry has always been deprived from the kind of advanced network management technology that it really needs, even though network management has evolved to become one of the most strategic assets of an operation these days. It is Skyline’s sole mission to change that, and the company has been extremely successful in accomplishing exactly that across the globe in more than 85 countries already, based on a very visionary ambition. DataMiner is the only network management platform that literally spans across any vendor and technology boundaries, and goes all the way from signal acquisition to signal delivery. And the achievements of operators that have deployed DataMiner are absolutely impressive.”
