We’re looking for a Creative Catalyst
This is a creative role first and foremost. We're not looking for a prompt engineer, a tech specialist, or someone who has swapped craft for shortcuts. We're looking for someone whose creative expertise makes their use of AI exceptional — not the other way around. The best AI output doesn't come from the best prompts. It comes from the deepest creative knowledge.
Nice to meet you!
We're an international software company with a creative, digital-first marketing team that produces a high volume of content across campaigns, social media, video, email, web, and more. We have strong executional talent, but what we're missing is someone who can take the creative lead: conceptualize campaigns, own visual direction, and use AI as a genuine creative instrument to accelerate and elevate what the whole team produces.
As a Creative Catalyst, you'll do both. You'll shape how our brand looks and feels across every touchpoint, while using generative AI tools with the kind of fluency and taste that only someone with real creative depth can bring. You won't just use AI for speed — you'll use it to explore territories, prototype ideas, and push the creative work further than a traditional workflow ever could.
DataMiner is deployed by 1500 companies in over 125 countries worldwide.

What skills.do you require?
- 4–6 years of experience in art direction, creative design, or a closely related creative role
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking — not just polished execution
- Proven ability to direct others: you can brief a team, give honest feedback, and lift the quality of work around you
- Confident across digital-first formats: social media, web, email, digital advertising, video
- Proficient in industry tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva — or equivalent
- Genuinely fluent with generative AI tools — you use them in your own work because they make it better, not just faster
- Strong aesthetic sensibility: you know what makes things look great, and you won't accept generic AI output as a finished product
- Good understanding of brand identity — how visual systems work and how to protect their integrity
- A natural eye for detail — you notice the things others miss, and it shows in your work
- You're more likely to find inspiration on TikTok or Instagram than on old, static platforms — and that's exactly right
