DataMiner Integrated Operations Center

The DataMiner Integrated Operations Center (DMS-IOC) is a team of seasoned IT & OSS experts available for Skyline customers around the world to consult and support them in their day-to-day DataMiner-powered operation. 

The DataMiner IOC runs its operation on a state-of-the-art OSS platform, based on DataMiner software, which automatically ingests and processes vast amounts of data from operational DataMiner platforms, deployed across the globe to manage some of the most prestigious broadcast, satellite, HFC broadband and telco systems.  This enables the DataMiner IOC team to provide a proactive service towards all users.  

The DataMiner IOC team also has direct strategic liaisons with other key Skyline teams, such as the software R&D department and the System Engineering team, enabling it to swiftly respond to any issues as they emerge.

DataMiner maintenance contract

The following will be included in your DataMiner Maintenance Contract:

help desk

Unlimited telephone or email support by experienced and skilled Skyline DataMiner engineers during normal office hours.

on-site support

When necessary DataMiner experts will come over to fix any issues or to advise you when you have questions.

remote assistance

DataMiner support engineers provide remote support directly from our headquarters in Izegem via use of a dial-in connection, broadband, ISDN, VPN, ...

maintenance visits

At regular intervals, a Skyline Application Engineer will visit you to do system checkups and to handle any requests you may have.

software updates

Your maintenance contract includes all major and minor updates of the DataMiner software, which will be quickly provided via our intelligent update system.
