To support that, we are looking for an AI-powered Content Creator who combines creativity, curiosity, and a strong sense of quality.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity and technology. You do not need to be a technical expert, and you are definitely not here to replace people with prompts. You are here to use AI as a creative companion and help the team work faster, explore ideas more freely, and raise the bar for what we publish.

A glimpse of.your [future]
You will be part of the marketing team and your focus is making sure AI contributes to better creative output, from early concepts to final delivery.
In practice, this means you will:
- Create high-quality content such as visuals, video, copy, and social assets using AI tools as part of your creative workflow
- Translate creative ideas into concrete outputs with tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms
- Collaborate closely with designers and copywriters to accelerate production while keeping quality high
- Build and maintain prompt libraries, simple style references, and reusable AI templates for consistent results
- Explore new AI tools and trends and evaluate what is genuinely useful for the team
- Set up lightweight automation flows with tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier to reduce repetitive work where it makes sense
- Share learnings and practical tips with colleagues and help the team grow more confident in using AI
- Review and refine AI-generated content so everything we publish is polished, on-brand, and production-ready
- Work from our office in Izegem, Belgium.
What skills.do you require?
You do not need to tick every box, but this should feel like you.
- Two to four years of experience in a creative, content, or digital production role
- Genuine interest in AI tools and a habit of experimenting with them out of curiosity
- A strong sense of visual and creative quality and an eye for detail
- Hands-on experience with several generative AI platforms across image, video, text, or voice
- Basic understanding of automation and workflows and the ability to keep things simple
- A collaborative mindset and enjoyment in building on other people’s ideas
- An organized way of working that helps you manage multiple briefs and deadlines
Not required but definitely a bonus. - Experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
- Familiarity with brand identity and design principles
- A portfolio that includes AI-assisted creative work and shows your thinking process
- You find inspiration on TikTok or Instagram more easily than on outdated corporate websites
- Experience with Digital Performance Marketing
